I realize this product is intended to protect iPads used by small children, but it's perfect for any iPad that's carried from room to room with regularity. I'm the opposite of a little kid (I'm oldish) and use my iPad to stream television and movies in the living room, for cooking tutorials in the kitchen, and to read in bed. More than once, I've turned my back and heard the disconcerting "thud" of the computer hitting the counter or desk because I'd leaned it awkwardly against a random object.This case is made of dense, lightweight foam that's thick enough to protect not only the edges and back of the iPad, but also the screen. It obviously impedes the sleekness of the computer, but I'm not tucking my iPad into a purse or briefcase, so that's not important to me. The handle is a great feature, too. It's comfortable to hold and hugely decreases the likelihood I'll drop the computer while moving it from room to room. The pop-out stand pitched the computer at an odd angle for me, so I removed it entirely in favor of the little wooden stands I built for the iPad before I considered getting a protective case.I have no doubt this is an excellent case for protecting toddlers' iPads, but it's perfect for anyone of any age. At such a low price, it's a fantastic way to protect something that would cost a couple hundred dollars to replace.

Needed to get a replacement because the stand of the other case broke. I went Looking for a stand that would hold up better then the other one. I won’t mention the product, but the silicone case is great, the plastic stand? Ugh.The foam on this case is thick and the fit on the iPad is excellent. The stand itself is rugged and easy to use one handed. The bezel is ample and would likely protect from most normal drops, including those face down.If I could ask for more, it would be: handles on the sides, a strap, and some way of keeping the legs for the stand out/open. The securing of the legs being the critical thing. While the stand is beefy, if pushing the iPad back on a grippy surface, the stand does have a tendency to close. It’s not a super big deal because the case is rugged, but could be annoying if you’re not aware of it or have a kid who likes to push their iPad when it’s standing up.Overall, a great product and would recommend.

I like the material and seems durable. I got it for my 1 year old who throws everything on the floor and so far so good!

Perfect fit, protective and functional

Our last ipad case was silicone except for the plastic kickstand which failed to stay on the case and eventually snapped. My toddler can be tough on gadgets so I had low expectations for this case but the reviews were overwhelmingly positive. I gotta say this case is lightweight but still solid. The kickstand is also pretty solid. My brother wants one for my nephew's iPad. It looks new still. No scrapes or dents in this thing at all. It's really bulky so keep that in mind.
