Really helps with my GERD. 2 tsp per dose needed. The alginate is the magic ingredient. Take it AFTER meals so it’s “floating” over your stomach contents.

It's surprisingly thick. I guess that makes it work better but I found it a bit unpleasant to swallow. It did seem to suppress, not eliminate, last nights taco seasoning heartburn. Using it at night did seem to substantially reduce night reflux
