This seasoning is great on chicken & fish. We used it today on leg quarters & thighs chicken. We also like it on salmon; we grill all this meat.,

I love Everglades Seasoning and this is my go to.
I love Everglades Seasoning and this is my go to for Chicken, Fish, and Pork Chops too. I usually rotate between this and the Everglades All Purpose for most dinners. Great value too since a bottle will last a long time, nearly a year of regular use.I also love that this stuff comes from Sebring FL, where I spent my childhood summers with my grandparents and all those reptiles on Sebring Lake and Lake Jackson.

It is extremely close to Old Bay a little less spicy and slightly sweet

A must for chicken, fish not so much
I have made dry rubs and seasonings for all my cooking. Fish, beef and pork I use my own mix, but this stuff is the best for chicken hands down!
