Most common problems and solutions： 1 Problem:Did not work Solution: make sure that the HDMI cable and the HDMI splitter adapter cable were inserted properly into,use some alcohol to clean the inner face of the HDMI splitter adapter receptacle and HDMI interface.If it still not work,please contact with us, we would like help you solve the problem. 2 Problem:It doesn't display on modem as I need. The screen is black. Solution: make sure that the compatibility and the important note of this HDMI splitter adapter cable,if the product not suit for your device,you could kindly apply for after-sales service. Important Notes: 1. Doesn't work for two different monitors one time，only 1 output device should be active at any time unless both of the 2 display devices (HDTV) share the same size and model.HDMI supports edit, ddc2b, so the HDMI device has with the "plug and play" feature, automatically "consultations" between the signal source and the display device, automatically select the most appropriate video / audio formats. 2. if it doesn't work for your device, please make sure that the HDMI cable and the HDMI splitter adapter cable were inserted properly into, the reason why the Display Screen show no signal/ no picture maybe that there is no output via the HDMI port. Secondly, use some alcohol to clean the inner face of the HDMI splitter adapter receptacle and HDMI interface. Since usually customers never clean that part, it is very dirty inside and dirty may lead to the poor connection. 3. ONLY 1 output device should be active at any time. UNLESS both TVs are of the same size,then both TV will show the images when connected. 4. Support 480i, 480p, 720p, 1080i, 1080p. Does not support hdcp and MacBook. Does not work on TV box/cable box (e.g. Roku, apple TV box, etc.)

Splitter
I can switch between my Roku player and an antenna on my projector.I’ve been using it for over a year and haven’t had any problems.

Does not work!
Followed all directions and the splitter did not work. When plugged in both monitors are blank, when plugged in separately directly into the CPU they both work, when I took the splitter off my son's computer and plugged them in both worked, when I plugged his monitors into the splitter I was sent they did not work. Do not waste your money this product is defective. If you had a zero option for rating I would have chosen that one instead.

Splitter didn’t work to connect my two monitors. Had to use a vga for the second monitor.

This product does not work at all; do not buy it
Very dissappointed in this product. I tried to use it with my dual monitors, and when I hook it up it shows nothing but a garbled screen . It is also very flimsy when plugged in and comes out very easily. Save your money!
