Q: my husband has tinea pedis (athlete's foot) been use Lamisil cream almost 2 weeks didn't see any better, is this product work like medicine can kill the fungus and germ? thx.

My husband "had" fungus in his two big toenails. He has been on the neem leaf capsules and it works from the inside out. He used the alpha cream on the entire foot and it worked great. He also used neem oil and neem leaf extract in together and cut the thumb digit off my rubber gloves and would put them on his toes while sleeping. The neem leaf extract is WONDERFUL. The alpha cream is made with other essential oils such as karanja which is also anti fungal. The castor seed oil helps the cream (other essential oils) penetrate the skin and go deeper. The Alpha Cream can also be used on the feet and helps promote a good nights sleep.

Q: Does this have an expiration date? I bought one a few years ago and just found it and would like to finish using it, but not sure if it will still be

If it was kept in a cool place there is a good chance it is perfectly fine. Thank goodness neem, karanja and its other ingredients are anti fungal, anti bacterial anti viral .... so I wonder what could grown in this alpha cream :-) With all natural products, use them all up so to utilize all the benefits.
