The only reason this doesn’t get five stars is one of the books actually should not be included. The Plant Anomaly Paradox Revolution promotes meat which is not included in a plant based diet. Good thing it’s a thin book and can be tossed away.

Once I realized how thick the book was and that it would take quite some time to read I sent it back. I missed the page amount when I ordered. I'm sure it's a wonderful idea but I'm really busy and dont have time to read loads of pages with small print . I need a get to the point quick plan that can be read in an hour or so.

This is just another example of the American medical field and the food and drug administration telling people to eat the wrong stuff. Sure a plant based diet is helpful but then he goes on to continue to tell people to keep eating massive amounts of carbohydrates in the form of grains and breads and crap. If you really want to get healthy and not die from diabetes or heart attack or stroke I recommend reading Dr. Jason Fung's books. Sugar is what's killing us people. Stop letting these doctors convince you other wise.

Dr Greger says "The Plant Paradox" is not factual..its a ruse to sell you supplements. I Purchased 2 of Dr Gregers books, How not to Diet and How not to Die cookbook! Dont buy this bundle! Even Dr Greger says that Dr Gundry is juat trying to sell worthless supplements!
