Great product if you know how to prepare
Not sure what the problem is with other reviewers.Make sure to use dry and aged cheese, in the US cotija is a good kind. Cheese to mix ratio 1 to 1 by weight is good. Easy on the water, the dough has to be on the dry side, otherwise the pandebono will collapse in the oven. As good as the pandebono from Cali.
