Well made, medical grade knee compression brace
One of the best knee braces I’ve ever used in my life. Injured my knee and it has been a long recovery and doctor recommended using a brace. As soon as I received it I put it on, it stabilized my knee and improved pain level immediately. I ordered one size up as my knee has consistently been swollen and that was a smart decision for me. It is not too tight to cut off circulation at top and bottom which is important. The material used on the brace itself is very comfortable and flexible. Highly recommend! Be sure to measure according to sizing chart.

This is THE BESTTTT
Ive had knee pain at 15 years old for 7-8 months now. The pain used to be only a little, but I hurt it playing volleyball and it was super bad. I couldn’t spike or jump for a while without pain. I looked for knee sleeves and saw this one on my Amazon feed. I saw reviews and decided to try it. Before you buy it, if you have bigger legs and are thinking of getting a large or extra large, get the XL. The large fits pretty good but depending on your quads, it may feel too tight. This put pressure on everything else other than my knee, which is super important compared to other ones putting pressure on your knee. This takes all of the pressure off of your knees, making the pain be little no none. The supports on the sides work good, and I love the gel pad around the knee cap for stability. Don’t rely on this to keep your pain down, make sure you are still doing exercises to reduce your pain, liek wall sits right above where you feel pain, and lunge stretches and tib flexes. But this product is amazing and I would 10000% recommend if you have patellar tendonopathy ( knee pain right below the knee cap/in the knee cap).

Great for sports and running
Reliable and well-designed. I have severe knee pain, so I’ve been using it during workouts and daily activities, and it provides excellent stabilization and comfort. The side stabilizers is the main feature. They offer firm support to keep the knee aligned when I'm running. The material is breathable and soft against the skin, which makes it comfortable to wear. It also fits snugly and doesn't fall off which I like! The sizing can be a bit tricky, though. My only concern!

This brace works but make sure of a couple of things
First, knee pain should be checked out by a qualified provider. I’ve had an MRI and I’m very much still at a non operative stage so this provides the support that I need and the difference has been night and day and works well for me providing the support I need.Secondly, I know this goes against ethics but I’d buy two sizes if you’re borderline . By measurement (5cm above the knee) I should be a large but the large kept slipping down throughout the day. Ended up buying the medium and it stays in place.I’ve worn it all day at work (talking 16+ hours shift) and it has been comfortable and the material breathes well - never felt sweaty at the end of the day. You will see some marks/indentations but that just reassures me that it’s doing its job. You put it on like a sock essentially so it’s easy. Can’t speak to the durability or ease of handwashing (it’s getting to that point now) but if something changes, I’ll update this review

limited support
This is , basically, a thicker than usual knee compression sleeve. I let myself be convinced by other people in the reviews that it was really supportive, but it's just a sleeve with a little reinforcing. Good if all you want is a little muscle support, bad if you actually need *joint* support. Also, it rolls down atrociously, the one thing I was really hoping to avoid--and yes I DID measure correctly, and with help, too.AND YET, that said, I think it'll be a passable Sleep Brace . The fabric is breathable enough, I can cuff the top down and get some pretty good support around my patella. I'll give it a try tonight, anyway! But definitely not the support I was hoping for based on some other reviews.

Save Your Knees and Read this Review Asap
I don't write alot of reviews, but I was struggling with runners knee and needed a brace and quickly it turned into a lot of exploring. Let me cut to the chase, I spent $120 on a Bauerfiend, and another $200 on a another Bauerfiend brace hinged, and I came right back to the Neenca for one reason. It doesn't slip and its snug. Personally, I think the brace needs to be a little snug and not too comfortable, because it will slip and it braces better. I don't think any brace will beat Bauerfiend in comfort, but damn it slips off too much. The hinged bauerfiend doesn't slip so I may use it, but it's bulky so Its more of a backup if I ever get meniscus tears. Anyway, I bought another Neenca but the upgraded version and it's Amazing and worth every penny, giving me the best of both worlds. It has the comfort reminiscent of a Bauerfiend but maintains its Neenca holding power not slipping off the knee and back of knee. If you buy this brace, Get the Upgraded version, skip the regular one, and thank me later. Don't be cheap for your health, you may end up saving yourself yourself from a injury and your body deserves the best or something close to it. And after reading this review, you get to save yourself 100's of bucks in the process.

It works and the seller was super responsive and helpful with sizing!
I used the sizing chart for this knee brace and measured 5 inches above my knee cap (patella). I was at the low end of the XL size so I chose the L instead. But it was still a little big for me so I contacted the seller and they sent me a M the next day!The knee brace also fit perfectly and was super comfortable and didn't slip at all. I had knee pain after a tennis match and my left knee was a little swollen and tender. I don't know how I hurt it but it was tender to the touch on my LCL.I tried playing tennis without the brace and felt a little pain in my knee. Then I put the brace on and played about 15 minutes with the brace on and the pain was significantly less. Then I took it off and tried playing 15 minutes without the brace again and the pain was back again. So the brace definitely made a difference with my knee. I plan to slowly taper off of using the brace so that my knee doesn't become dependent on it as a crutch and then strengthen my legs once I am pain free again. But the knee brace definitely did it's job and I highly recommend it!
