Excellent quality. Great energy boost, no jitters.

My husband takes these and swears by them. He doesn't always want coffee and or doesn't want the jitters so he loves haveing a bottle in the cupboard and at work.

Exactly what I was looking for

These are somewhat less effective than the crystalized version of caffeine we have been using but we thought these would be more convenient for traveling. Usually need to take 2 to get the same benefit - that's not a problem, just need to have enough with us. For non-coffee/tea drinkers, these are a nice substitute for the crystalized kind.

It's good. I love this company i use them for the majority if not soon, all of my supplements. I personally open the capsules and pour them into my pre workout every morning (i use other nutricost products to make my pre). No issues at all with this product, i will continue to use it for sure.

I was hoping to get a less expensive product to replace the energy shot drinks. Did not get that.However, they are fine if you have time to waste until they take their slow even effect. Started with one to check potency and effect. One is just a relaxer. Two will help with a gentle boost. No jitters and no crash either. Everyone is potentially different so start slow. These are just a nice nudge.They are easy to swallow and have no taste, while still in the capsule, of course.If you want to get up and running, I still need a 5 hour or Xmode shot. These capsules are small and easy to carry compared to the energy shots, if that's important. Recommended.

I have a high tolerance for caffeine, usually around 600 or more mgs a day. These pills do there job give good boost in energy. Always take these with food and the jittery feeling and dizziness is not bad. If you take these on an empty stomach I have pretty bad dizziness and extremely jittery. Unlike if I have coffee or energy drinks on empty stomach. Not sure what the difference is but it really feels a lot different than coffee or other sources of caffeine on empty stomach. Still works good just be sure to take them with food.

I like that this caffeine supplement is derived from green tea. The capsules are easy to open - that's what I do - to fortify my morning matcha tea!
