Well made and works with sizes from 3/4" taps to 10-24 taps
Excellent product, and well made. I used it with both a 12mm (M12) tap and a 3/4” tap within minutes of the wrench’s arrival. Although I don’t need it for small taps, and would never use it for fragile (thin) taps, it works with taps as small as my 10-24 and 10-32 taps. The jaw closes down to a .136” (3.45 mm) square, and opens up to a .448” (11.38 mm) square. (My 3/4 tap has a .440 square shank.) The wrench can be used with one handle removed (unscrewed) if needed. The full T wrench is 13-3/16” long, and 8-11/16” long with one handle removed.

Not a big enough opening for a 3/4" tap
Opening to accept tap is very small. It would not open up enough to accept the 3/4" tap that I bought it for. It wouldn't even accept a 1/2" tap.

It's under $7. You get what you pay for.
Weak material and poor tolerances. It will fit up to a 10mm or 0.4" square fitting. This may mean that most 1/2" taps will fit, though 1/4 NPT (which is just under 1/2" thread diameter) will not.I'm going to keep this for plastic. I'm confident I could easily snap it in half if I tried. It's worth the price for very small taps and/or very soft materials. But I wish I had decided to spend a little more for one with better reviews.

Does a good job as a tap handle
Using it for a tap handle for Time Sert kit. It's not high enough quality to use for a professional mechanic, but for occasional use it's fine and does the job. It does require re-tightening sometimes but it's not a big deal. Recommend.

Accommodates larger tap sizes
Well-made.

Poorly made with terrible tolerances
The sliding piece that captures the tap is significantly narrower than the frame in which it slides. When closed, the parts do not mate flush and the resulting capture space is not square. I did not expect perfection at this price point, but I have little confidence in this tool's ability. Returned and ordered the Irwin Hanson tap handle...

Surprising quality
Works great so far. The larger size holds a 3/4 inch tap just fine, as advertised. Seems to be made of high quality materials. One handle (the one which doesn't control the chuck) can be unscrewed, which could be nice for storage. I didn't need this feature, so I used some threadlocker to ensure it wouldn't come unscrewed during tapping. Better than I expected for one of these fake Chinese companies.
