Quality product
Worked great. Can't say I have used it long enough to determine its durability, but it seems heavy duty and cut through mortar like butter.

Good “investment”, wheel seems to cut through anything
Awesome chaser. This thing cuts through hard old concrete like butter. We chased a bunch of cracks at a new 7,300 sq foot warehouse we’re moving into and it took very little effort to create clouds of fine concrete powder. Keep in mind you’ll need a mask, obviously safety goggles and if at all possible, a vac attachment to catch the clouds... unlike us.I needed to cut off a hardened concrete nail and decided I’d just take a whack at it with this wheel instead of taking the time to swap out to a cut-off wheel. I did not expect it to do so well. Took very little effort and the nail I am referring to is extremely hardened. Later on, I figured why not cut through a couple 3/8” bolts I need to shorten... well it chomped through those like nobodies business too! Super sweet wheel... and I’m glad to know I can use it for other things other than concrete... since I doubt I will be chasing any cracks anytime soon.Oh, I also used to to debur a 1” thick rod I needed to slide a pulley wheel over... took no effort at all to trim off the rogue deformed bits of metal

As expected.
Chased cracks in concrete slabs prior to sealing. Worked as described.

Works as expected.
I used it to chase cracks in asphalt. It cleaned them out nicely and ground the crack walls for filler to better bond to fresh asphalt with good integrity. I modified a spray paint marking extension to hold my angle grinder so I could grind while standing.

Cuts great on patio deck
Had some cracking on my patio deck. Was told I needed to open up the hairline cracks to get the repair kit filler to have solid surface.Works great and a lint better than my first attempt.

Cuts like a Hot Blade Through Butter
I just received my blade this evening and immediately put it on my cordless Hercules Angle Grinder. I can’t see why there are negative reviews “one Star” stating that this blade is not for chasing cracks. I am not a Mason that works with concrete everyday and maybe there is a better blade to chase cracks, but this blade cut through my concrete floor like a hot knife through butter. I am in the process of painting my concrete floor with Rust-Oleum RockSolid High Gloss Garage Floor Paint and the concrete has cracks from a thumb nail width to 1/8”. I ran this blade along the cracks and man did it cut. Be careful not to apply any pressure, I had to use two hands to just touch and follow the cracks. I hooked up a 10 gallon shop vac hose to the front of the grinder to collect the dust. I give it more than 5 Stars just don’t know how long it will last. But for now, it is very easy to “CHASE” Cracks and open them up just a little to inject epoxy. JUST DON’T APPLY ANY PRESSURE OR YOU WILL HAVE A DEEP CUT! I’ll update with before and after photos when I start and finish the project.

WORKS! as advertised
Bought this to chase 45 feet of cracks on my concrete living room/dining room floors. This blade performed with no problems. It cut the concrete like butter. Had to be careful to not over-cut. It was a little challenging for me (non-professional homeDIYer) holding the grinder, a shopvac hose on it, following the cracks, and managing the cut depth/width. The blade is hefty about 1/8" thick. The cutting surface is V-shaped and 3/8" deep by 1/4" thick. I made my cracks about 1/8" wide but you can easily make 1/4" x 1/4" cracks. This kind of work creates fine dust. Even though I used a shop vac, I should have put up plastic sheets. I forgot to turn on the vac one time and ...poof...dust cloud. I would recommend buying a dust guard/shroud like the CutBuddie that can be hooked up to a shopvac. You can set the cut depth too. I used a Ridgid 12 gal with a CleanStream reusable hepa filter and filter bag. So no dust from the vacs exhaust. P.S. the filter bags only fit the newer vacs. The filter bags work like the ones on home vacuums. A cardboard reinforced hole fits over a short piece of nozzle. On the newer Ridgid vacs that nozzle is built into the canister. The older Ridgid vacs vacuum hose connects to the powerhead and there is no inside nozzle for the filter bag to go over.

Brass washer is removable
Seen some other reviews mentioning the brass part in the center coming apart. I took a chance and with my angle grinder it pushed that brass ring out in use. Turns out it's a washer or spacer and it was fitting to tightly with it in. Once I removed it, it fit great in my grinder and works like a charm. Good buy.
