This product was so easy an simple to put on a pallet jack i would recommend this to everyone that owns one.

Easy install. Took less than 5 min to swap the old wheels with these new ones.

Great quality replacement part.
The original packaging had missing parts, due to the box splitting open during shipment. The company was great to deal with, made one phone call and the items that were missing were shipped right away. This replacement part for our pallet jack was very easy to install, fit as expected and is working great.
