I love the fact that I only have to take one tablet per day. Before taking these, I would catch every virus that happened to be going around. Since starting on these, I haven't been sick once, and I have been exposed to a lot of sick people - I work in a prison. So I feel these vitamins have greatly enhanced my immune system, and for me that's a very important thing. I will be taking these from now on!Update: I have continued my use of this product and continue to see its positive effects on my health. I am in my 60s and have to write a review on these vitamins because they are such a good product.First of all I love the fact that they are whole food based vitamins rather than chemicals. There are somany good things packed into these supplements that it is truly amazing. Having taken many differentvitamin products over the years & can honestly say that these are the only vitamins that have actuallymade a huge difference in the way that I feel. After taking them for only a week my energy levels soared.The people who own and run this company are very attentive to their customers since it is a small familyrun business. I thought I'd take a chance on this product and WOW was I surprised to find out that on the first day I felt GREAT! It seems to really work for me. I'm thinking of trying to have my daughter take because of the size. The supplements are so much smaller then the ones I'm used to that she may be able to take them. She's not great with large supplements. The cost is so much better then the ones I've been taking, that I may stop buying those after they're gone. I would recommend these to everyone. I had purchased a well know supplement from Amazon (Garden of Life) just before these and they were terrible. Took them for a week or two and felt nothing at all. The price was even more and the company won't take them back. Beware of companies that won't stand behind their product. You can't go wrong.

I'm allergic to a lot of foods, so I rely on a multivitamin because I can't get all the micronutrients that I need from food. My physician prescribed a very specific multivitamin formula, suggesting "made from food" products and no iron. I've gone to my local vitamin chain store in the past, but never get the same brand twice. I've been using this brand for a while now, and I really can feel the difference when I forget to take it for a couple of days. My digestive system tolerates them well too.

Bought a bottle for myself and my husband, but neither of us could continue taking. We both experienced extreme gas, bloating and diarrhea. It's suggested that you take 3 pills a day and even at 1 pill per day we had issues.

These are the best multiple vitamins I have taken in that I actually FEEL BETTER when I take one. I cannot claim that for any other multiple I have had. My only complaint is their size: LARGE. Some days they get stuck in my throat. I would prefer they be coated.
