These are addictively good
I was doubtful when I tried one of these. Packaged noodle bowls in general are sometimes adequate, sometimes even good, but I'd rarely go so far as to call them great. These are great. Usually there's a tradeoff between convenience and quality, but these really are incredibly simple to make — you just mix everything together in the provided bowl, add a bit of water, and nuke for a minute and a half — and they really are satisfying. The sauce reminds me of the general tso's sauce that a particular Chinese place near the house where I grew up used — it's moderately spicy (enough heat to cause a bit of a flush, but not enough to make my nose run) and sweeter than what you find at most Chinese restaurants. The portion, and the ratio of noodles to sauce, is perfect. I wouldn't have thought it was big enough in my teens or 20s, but these days, it's exactly the right amount of food for a light meal.I'm perfectly capable of cooking for myself, but let's face it: during the week, I rarely have the motivation. I can eat leftovers of whatever I cooked during the weekend until they run out, but after that, weeknight meals tend to be sandwiches, bagels, toast, and prepackaged meals. I really wasn't expecting to find a vegetarian prepackaged meal that I actually craved, but I did.Note: I've looked at some of the other flavors. The teriyaki one is decent, but not as good as this one, and the curry one isn't actually vegetarian.Note 2: Some of the other reviews mentioned only getting one bowl rather than the promised six pack. I won't swear that you'll have the same experience, but I got a case of six.

mongolian noodle bowl-Quick, easy, and so Yummy
Arrived on time, as described and in good condition. One of our favorite light lunches. We also like to pair it with chicken breast and a side veggy for dinner. While I would not classify this as spicey hot dish it does have a little warmth to it, just the right amount of spicey without being over powering hot.

Adolescent Palates Like It and Can Make It
While not necessarily my cup of tea (noodles; see what I did there?), my adolescent urchins love these. If you work and don't have time to immediately shove perfectly calibrated macronutrients down their gullets, these will hold them off until you can (1) drag yourself into the kitchen, (2) make something nice, (3) watch them either inhale or entirely ignore it, (4) as they scamper off, realize they are parasites which you are legally obligated to support for a few more years, and (5) contemplate your choices as you eat what's left from their plates. It is what it is.

My favorite flavor!
This isn’t your usual bland ramen bowl. The sauce in these noodle bowls is very tasty! I find that one bowl is good for a big snack or small meal, but when I make these for dinner I always make two of them. I’m a big noodle fan, so I like a big bowl for a meal. The flavors are great, and it only takes 90 seconds to cook. It’s a quick and easy to cook item. They are always sold out at my local grocery, so now I order by the case on Amazon.

Just BYOS (Spoon)
I'm really enjoying this product, a "dry" noodle dish rather than a soupy one. Very tasty, with moderate chili warmth and good "chew." I wondered about the precooked noodles, but they have excellent texture. I do think a little more water and an extra 30 sec. cooking time wouldn't hurt (and I do have a 1200W m/w). For an office lunch, the price is probably fair, since it comes with its own bowl—a genuine convenience food. If you're eating at home, the bowl may be superfluous, but, hey, that's just how they "bowl." (I know, bad pun, groan.)

Not worth it
The flavor was not very good for over $2. The flavor was bland and I dont think its a very good Mongolian. The noodles were rubbery, I dont expect otherwise from microwaving them, but the taste is also plastic-ish. I followed directions on the packaging exactly for cooking. The packets are easy to open and have a wedge for easy opening, not the noodles. You have to bite the packaging or use something sharp to open it. Overall not not a healthy or savory meal, I'll stick to cheaper noodles.

A Guilty Pleasure
I love these as a quick and effortless lunch, sometimes even as a (very) lazy dinner. If I'm trying to pretend I'm doing something moderately healthy for myself then I'll split the bowl in half and dump in a serving or two of steamed vegetables, then it feels less guilty and more filling. I disagree with "spicy" and would call it quite mild, but that's very subjective; I always stir in some gochujang to give it the level of spice I like. Some extra sesame seeds don't go amiss either.
