This gun is trash. We purchased it to play Big Buck Hunter on our Nintendo Switch, and all this does is hold the joycons for you, you still need to use the joy sticks to manually aim. What a waste of money and plastic. We're returning this.

I tried it on my joy con controllers and it works like a shotgun for the house of the dead remake game on the switch.

Just be warned that the holder is not motion activated. Still have to use the controller buttons as intended. Kind of defeats the purpose, but my son liked it. Basically it just holds the two controllers.

Makes playing shooters like turok or B-lands lots of fun! Only negative is getting use to the motion sesativity do not begin using this with Doom way top fast paced. Other than that using this with shooters is they way.

I thought I was going to be able to use this like the old-school gun nintendo used to have where you point it at the tv and pull the trigger but you're better off just using the remote control

The way it worked

My kids and husband were so excited to get this. It ended up being a little tricky to press the buttons when using this and they had a hard time aiming with it. They said it’s probably easier to just use the controllers without the gun and save the money.
