Love this tea!
This tea works! I was eating poorly which definitely had a negative impact on my digestion. I started to eat whole foods but still felt the frequency of my digestion wasn't where it should be. I did not drink this tea to lose weight but as a restart to help clean out anything lingering from my bad food choices. I drank it before I went to bed every other night for a week. Every morning after I drank it, I had a good bowel movement. I didn't have any strong cramps or sharp stomach pains, I just needed to use the restroom. This tea definitely provides value especially for the price. I've seen detox teas be as much as $50. It's gentle on your stomach and it cleans out your digestive system.

Definitely will be using the bathroom
If you are constipated, this is definitely worth a try. I know a few people who have constipation issues and the drink worked for them. I drink it for cleansing purposes.I normally drink it at night time and would need to go to the bathroom early in the morning. You'll definitely feel your stomach grumbling. When you feel that stomach grumbling, go straight to the bathroom. I have read several comments here saying that they did not go to the bathroom right away and caused stomach pains eventually. The whole point of the stomach grumbling, it to let you know that you need to be in the bathroom asap.

Set Expectations to high
ad high expectations for this tea, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to them. While drinking it occasionally as a regular tea isn’t bad, I didn’t notice any significant results. If you’re hoping for dramatic effects, don’t set your expectations too high. It’s decent as a regular tea but didn’t deliver the weight loss benefits I was hoping for.

Ok... *face palm* long story!I tried this tea on 2/7/2021, I was really intimidated so decided to only steep the tea for about 45 seconds. It tasted good with a little honey! I felt some very mild bubbly tummy symptoms. And that was it!!So the second time I had it was on 2/28/2021.I steeped the tea for exactly 2 mins per the instructions. After two mins I felt a strong disturbance in the force! But nothing I couldn’t handle. I went to bed and was awoken by excruciating cramps at 3:45am!!! I then proceeded to poop for thirty mins, lay down for 30 seconds and immediately have to go back to the bathroom!! This lasted tulle 5:51am!!Today is 3/10/2021, I have not had a normal bowel movement since that night!! Every thing has come out really soft (sorry tmi). Even today I had to book it to the bathroom with a hustle!Now I don’t blame the tea for my current situation in the bathroom, but I do blame the tea for making it worse! Ever since I drank it my stomach has never been the same!!!

This tea is very good, just be prepared to be on the toilet 5-7 hours after you drink it.
