Q: Is there 48 or 144 count in this order?

Though the title still says there are three 48 count packages, the place where you order it now shows that it is ONE 48 count pack that you are ordering!

Q: What is the difference in length between maximum long pads and regular length?

I happen to have "Ultimate long length" and "Maximum" on hand, and the Ultimate long length is 31/2 inches longer and about 3/4 inch wider than the Maximum. The long length is bulkier than I'm comfortable with (and I am a plus size 22), but I'm keeping them in case I get one of those chest colds with a hacking cough when I need extra protection.Hope this helps.
