Passport to the World: Your A to Z Guided Language Tour Hardcover – October 31, 2010

Such a fun book for our homeschooling family, we’ve even used it to teach a class in our co-op. It’s a creative way to learn about geography, languages, and other cultures. The kids loved the stickers to “stamp” in the included passport as we “traveled” the world!!! Such a creative book!!! We added songs from each part of the world and food to sample whenever possible! Great fun!!!!

This book is beautiful, easy to understand, not overwhelming but it is detailed and fun. We are using this as part of a homeschool unit study of different cultures. I am pleased that I chose it to be part of our unit. This book has fun facts and includes pronunciation guides. I like that it's user friendly, which means I don't have to do extra research to use this book as a part of our study. The pictures are colorful and wonderful. It's a great asset.

I thought it will have all the countries in the world. It's still ok though

My child LOVES this book! I cant keep her out of it. Now she wants to study countries and culture. What a fun book.It has information about different places, how they live, what they wear, what they eat, language, where they are on the map. So much more. Easy to read and understand. And you get a passport! :-) Fun, fun, fun!

Great books for families to read together and learn much about other cultures and languages. Beautiful photos throughout book. We used as part of our Geography study in our homeschool year. Highly recommend!

What a great introduction this book is to different languages of the world. Right out of the shipping box, my 9 year old was "digging right in" telling me about awesome the book and different languages. She's having fun saying "Hello" in many languages. There's just enough information to make her ask more about each country. A great find and a great deal for a hardcover book.

My ten-year-old daughter loves this book. She enjoys learning about the different cultures, currencies and languages. She's been keeping a journal of everything she learns from each country. She especially loves the passport. I'll probably buy another copy for each of my kids just for the passports.
