doesn't work
I followed the instructions and used it for over a year. I used it every week like it said to. I saw no reduction or lightening of hair like it so claims on the item description and from other people's reviews. It does help hair grow back somewhat slower but after I stop using it for a few weeks all my hair is back to normal. It's a big waste of money and time. I can buy skincare products for much cheaper to slow hair growth as much as this does.The light is really bright and bothersome while using it and it's also really loud and annoying to use. It also takes a long to time to use if you want to do a large area of skin, like your legs. It also an awkward shape and weight to hold and use. The cord it comes with isn't very long which is a bit of an inconvenience.There is no pain or irritation from using it.

No customer support if it stops working.
I really do like this, but recently mine stopped working. It’s passed the warranty so I can sent it back with amazon. I was hoping to contact the company, but the email address provided is not receiving emails/ doesn’t exist. I thought ok I’ll get on amazon and see if I can get the email address, from the store that sales it. No luck there either. Takes me to nail drying lamps. So, I’m out 130.00 dollars! Beware if you buy this and for some reason it stops working. You’re not going to be able to get it fixed.

Good product
Great product. Works great so far. The hair that is coming back is much weaker and thinner. Most areas are baby smooth already.

Bald head
I use it every morning after shaving my head and I'm shocked at the results. After 2 weeks of everyday use, the hair on my head is significantly thinner and I barely notice any stubble the next morning. I will admit that I'm a bit aggressive (level 5) and zap each area of my head twice before moving it to the next area of my head, but don't notice any burn. This may not be the case for everyone.
