Charged fine first time used, however...
It just will not charge anymore past 6%. I think it may not be compatible with Lenovo (problem even Detecting the battery!), even though it said it was. I'm returning for refund.

It Holds A Charge For A Day
Bought this battery to replace my original one. I've only had it a few weeks so I can't vouch for its longevity. Thus far it holds a charge for a full day (12 hours) before I recharge it. It still shows 40+ power left when I commence recharging it for the next day. It was very easy to install. It was time consuming only because there are alot of screws involved with my Dell to removed the old and insgall the new.

First one didn’t hold a charge. Second one seems to work fine. Time will tell.

Works like a charm
When the laptop screen tells you that your battery is unusable, it is time to take action. The battery was easy to install and, for me, the tools were unnecessary (but nice to have)., I now have between 6 and 8 hours of disconnected power which is enough for a coast to coast flight!I have kept my original battery and plan to recondition it (place in a freezer for 6-12 hours in a plastic bag).. I don't know if this will work, but its worth a shot..It would be nice if the packaging included a mailer to return and recycle the damaged battery..
