I’ve been using this product for years and will continue to do so as long as this formula is available! It dissolves perfectly and helps keep me on track with digestion, especially on those days when I don’t eat quite right. I also like that the serving size scooper is small compared to other fiber products and it is completely tasteless and odorless with no clumping.

My first time trying this brand, I haven’t noticed a difference yet but I know it takes so time. There is no flavor which is nice, I add it to my water in the morning. Little pricey for the size but hoping to see results soon.

honestly this stuff doesn’t mix great and kind of sticks togehter and n around no matter how much i stir but wow it works. my acid reflux is gone and let’s just say my bathroom breaks are very prompt now. feels like my gut is finally doing what it’s supposed to. not fancy or fun but definitely effective.

After reading countless reviews, I decided to give this a try. I ordered it back in April and have used it daily for over a month. As long as you shake whatever liquid you put it in very well, it doesn’t get a grainy texture. There is no smell to it, there is no taste to it, I always just added it to my water in the morning. It is pricey for the amount that you’re getting but the reviews led me to believe it was worth it.A month and a half later, I started dealing with some serious bloating, swelling in my feet and then my face. I’ve never had this issue before, nothing has changed in my diet, labs came back normal. The only thing new was this prebiotic powder. I stopped taking the prebiotic for a week and noticed a significant difference in the symptoms I was having. When I inquired about why this would cause the bloating/swelling, I was told it’s probably the ingredients. I decided to look into the ingredients on the package and there weren’t really any. Then I read a review about lack of transparency from this particular company..Would I buy this again? No. Would I recommend this to someone? No. Are there better brands out there with quality/quantity to match the price? Yes. Health products aren’t a one size fits all- not saying everyone will experience these symptoms but if you’ve been using this and notice bloating and swelling, you’re not alone. Stop taking it immediately!!

Just got it. This may be a good product, but the colors used on the jar make it very difficult to read the instructions etc.
