Great for Making Chocolate Candies
Let's face it-- when it comes to milk chocolate, nothing compares to Hershey's. All the other brands, including the kind made by a local candy factory (Munson's) have the consistency of Crisco and wax. I make chocolates-- mostly dark with cranberry and nuts, but occasionally milk chocolates and my version of Health bars (thin, chocolate-covered toffee with finely chopped almonds). These chips melt nicely in the microwave, and are far more cost-effective to use than Hershey bars! So I'm really glad that Hershey decided to make these chips, and the Amazon price is the lowest anywhere.
