Q: Is there a sunscreen built in

There is a version with sunscreen and that one is labeled as such. This is the regular kind and there is no sunscreen along with it.

Q: Does it have a strong fragrance?

No, the fragrance is not strong at all......a very mild lovely scent. I absolutely love the scent actually. It's 1 of the many things I love about this product.

Q: does it color correct red blotches and brown spots?

I have had rosacea in my t-zone for years. This moisturizer, paired with mild face cleansing soaps and microdermabrasion achieved with the OLAY spinbrush, has more or less eradicated the splotches and redness. I imagine all skin is different, but this moisturizer (used ever time I clean my face) has been kind of incredible.
