The waistband & pouch material is very thin & flimsy. My sack doesn’t fit in the pouch comfortably. I threw mine away & don’t recommend this one. I’ve purchased other thongs & g strings from Muscle Mate and they are fine, a much better quality & fit.

The pouch is less of a pouch and more of a sleeve for your friend to fill. Quality is good, but it's not true to size. Order one size up. I'm a 36/XL in everything and I couldn't get these on without almost stretching to the point pf breaking, and they are uncomfortable to wear.
