Thick, great tasting syrup. Deep amber color. A little pricey but for the organic content and quality of syrup it is well worth it. I will be ordering this brand again. I would recommend to anyone wanting a authentic maple syrup to try this.

Great stuff, rich, not too sweet, use it for everything, cooking, baking, granola and of course pancakes, delish, on my 2nd order.

When I was a little girl, I never liked any of the syrups we had in our home & me believe I can name more than a few. I had to put jelly on my pancakes & waffles it wasn’t to bad, but I wasn’t over the hills with the flavor. One day my Mom bought a can of syrup, I remember it said pure maple syrup on the side, my Mom wouldn’t let us pour it, but when she did, I thought I was transported to maple syrup heaven, you didn’t need a lot of it, it was absolutely perfect, that taste never left my mouth. I love the jug and I use it for everything, my smoothies, coffee, tea, most of my baking, my ribs, short, babyback & regular & even put in my green tea lattes & I use it in my banana pudding. I really love the size of the jug, because it goes a long way, It’s also Organic, which is an Amazing Bonus: My heart is overwhelmed writing this review, because it’s such a GREAT PRODUCT!!!! The maple syrup came faster than I expected as I was worried I wouldn’t get it in time as it was a gift for some friends in India where I was going to teach at a conference. I wrapped the string plastic container in bubble wrap and it made it to India without an issue. My friends couldn’t stop raving about how delicious it was. They don’t have maple syrup in their country. Thank you for an excellent company! Highly recommended!

Hidden Springs deserves a 5. I ordered the dark amber maple syrup and couldn’t wait to try this. Well being a New Englander, and since I got my license in 71 I skied Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont. During those days home grown maple syrup was at every breakfast joint, the mom and pop breakfast joints would not serve anything else. Hidden Springs Dark Amber brought those memories back as soon as tasted it, and tomorrow it’s on a stack of my grandma’s pancakes. The intensity of the aroma and flavor is perfect, try it, you’ll love it.

Not as good as some other brands I've found outside of here, but good enough for most people. I gave some to my friend who said he really liked it.

Great syrup and organic to boot. I used this to cover Thanksgiving 12lb ham. Great taste and I think it was worth the money. I also used maple sugar over the top. Awesome taste.

This is delicious and dark. I have IBS and cannot have honey or some other sweeteners I like. Thank goodness for real maple syrup! I sweeten whatever needs sweetening with it on the diet I have to follow.
