The spout is perfectly shaped and the water pressure is just right. It worked very well in cleaning the nasal cavity.The control button at the bottom is a great improvement over the squeeze bottle model that I had used previously.

Good product. Works well. Tilt the bottle & press the button at the bottom for water release from the nozzle. Good pressure. It is bit unlike the regular jal neti pot, as the pressure is more due to the button press at the bottom to release water from nozzle.

Really helped a lot. Used it twice to get rid of sticky mucus from sinus two weeks ago. Haven't had the need to use again since. Bottle is too good haven't used the salt.

This is an easy to use product. The benefits can be seen over time for nasal cleansing, I am sure. After one nasal cleansing, my sinuses felt unclogged and I was able to breathe well. It is certainly not a permanent solution, but can be used for temporary relief from a blocked nose.
