Exactly what I needed
Great build quality and comes with an extra O-ring. Was looking for a solution on how you better connect my Kraken light to my older Ikelite housing. I bought a 1/4” screw to ball joint and a ball joint to YS adapter which I joined using a Kraken clamp. I’ve used the setup twice already and it is excellent.

Good but doesn't seem to stay connected
This is exactly the part that I needed and seems to be of good quality. I've not used it diving yet but it has come unscrewed a few times already :( I put on a couple of zip ties, one around the neck, between the ball and the part that attaches to the camera, and another from that zip tie to the camera housing. Now I'm not worried that I'll loose this piece or the flashlight I have attached to it.I shouldn't have to do that but I think this solution will work.
