Reading other customer reviews I knew I was taking a chance. But with this price for three different sizes, I couldn't resist. And indeed, the 80 and 100mm balls arrived damaged with circular impact marks, see pictures. I will keep them because replacements will probably arrive in similar condition. The packaging is clearly inadequate (soft styrofoam with only 1/2 inch separation between the balls). More space in between or more rigid polystyrene would be much better.Anyway, I think I can still use the balls, placing the damaged area on the stand (see last picture of the 100mm ball on the stand). If there is still an issue I will get the Original Lensball Pro.Update - June 28, 2021On June 25th EmartUS contacted me, asking if I would like a replacement free of charge or a refund. I opted for a replacement since I really wanted these balls. Today I received the replacement - and this time in perfect condition, no marks or scratches (see last picture). I'm very happy to have the flawless crystal balls.Great customer service from EmartUS! Therefore I upgrade my rating to 5 stars.

I gifted this set for Christmas, and it was absolutely loved. The multiple sizes assisted with individual photo opportunities creating crisp photos. The weights of each are just right, and very durable.The one negative and recommendation to the selling company would be to include some kind of paperwork and/or product information. This gift was rcvd with no paperwork such as: instruction use, product sizes, and a tip/suggestion for and how to use. With that said, I would highly recommend for both beginners and experienced photographers.

Absolute perfection. Item was well package. It was in the original box with cut out styrofoam. Then wrapped again in bubble wrap. It also comes with a small polishing cloth. The crystals were absolutely perfect, not one nick or scratch. I am very happy with my purchase and comparing prices and this is the best price. I would and have bought again!!

I have been impressed overall. The glass clarity is great for unique refracted photos. The smaller ball had a minor flaw, though. The different sizes are useful for varied shots. For the price, they are a good value for experimenting with lensball photography. I'd recommend them to photographers wanting to get creative, just be aware of potential small flaws.

These crystal balls are always delivered in excellent packaging and have absolutely no flaws, the quality assurance is outstanding. They are my favorite thing in the whole world. I go through a lot of them because I keep breaking them, it's what I do, I crack crystal balls so I can photograph the faces and beings inside and there are thousands if not millions of faces in every crystal ball I crack. The first order I got, one came with micro-scratches (which totally mess up shots, no matter how you position it). I got an immediate exchange. They're so cool to use! Make sure you use a stand - an official one, or even a bottle cap will do. Be sure to thoroughly inspect them as one tiny imperfection will ruin the whole ball.
