I’d read that it is good for skin and hair. After approximately 4 months of use I noticed black hairs growing; my hair is nearly 100% white. I was pleasantly surprised and as this first year is almost here, I’ve grown a lot of black hair on the sides and nape of my neck and it appears to be working its way up thicker as I do have black hairs on my hairline at forehead and throughout top of head.
