I will open the can and then just divide the can into three equal amounts or as close to equal as possible. Or, after removing one serving, I’ll just place the rest of it into an air tight container and just take what I want when I want. The only downside is that the product does contain a lot of fat. If you take the can’s label off, you can place the unopened can into a pan of water and make sure the can has about an inch or so of water above the can. Bring to a boil and reduce to low and allow the hash to get hot. This will allow a good amount of the fat to rise to the top where once removed you are super super careful when opening the can. You can then drain the fat off the top and this way we aren’t clogging our arteries with all of the fat but we can still enjoy the great taste of the hash. I myself do not have a cholesterol issue, so I am not overly concerned about the fat as I only consume so much per serving. I myself highly recommend this product.
