I work in shipping and I can tell you this about this probuct. This piece of equipment is crap. I repeat crap, absolutely crap. I recommend an all steel wrapper. Now I have to spend more money on a real industrial strength wrapper. The plastic poll thats in the center has a plasttic cap that will be destroyed as soon as you start draging it along the floor of your work area. Do not buy, is my recommendation. Product will not wrap tight enough to secure pallet.
