Looks and fits as expected and I like the partial see through material. It is beautiful. My only concern is that the pocket was too small for a full silicone breast insert so it had to be altered in order to fit the insert into the pocket. The pocket would work with a typical silicone insert but I'm using a full breast that didn't have as much give and bend.
