This is my third and biggest set of this brand of wind chimes. I love them all. They are turned and the harmonics are fantastic. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great chimes, wonderful tone and resonance *by P***E on October 27, 2017* I really enjoy the chimes, with the deep tones and how the tone just resonates and persists for so long. Reminds me of the temples when I lived in Hawaii.Just keep in mind that these chimes are HEAVY, over 40 pounds. So plan ahead and have someone help you hang them up.While they make it easy to remove the windsail and tell you how to move the clapper out of the way when the wind kicks up, I still wish there was something one could use to keep the pipes from hitting each other during high winds. Ideally a rubber ring that goes over the clapper and then some sort of very wide velcro belt to wrap around the pipes, holding them in place next to the clapper and unable to hit each other.And lastly, as others have warned, DO NOT UNTIE THE TWO KNOTS. ### ⭐ DON'T UNTIE THE KNOTS!!! *by D***E on September 4, 2014* Oh my God. Worst purchasing experience I've had in LONG time! Opened up the box, pulled the chimes out. NO instructional pamphlet of any kind. There are two fairy loosely tied knots in the cord that attaches to the top of the chimes. I'm thinking, ok, this must be the cord you use to tie it to the tree you are planning to hang it from. I'm mean, something that costs this much, SURELY comes with something to hang it with. Right? It just looked like it was the hanging cord (to me) with a few loose knots (that I could easily pry loose with my fingers) around it to keep it compact for shipping purposes. Noooooooooooo! Turns out (after calling customer service) that I was NOT suppose to untie the knots. So I in essence I ruined the balance of the chimes because they are centered at the factory with a special tool (I found out) and impossible to re-center by hand if you untie the knots. Had they only just included a brief instruction guide to go with the insanely expensive chimes all would have been good. Instead, I am forced to return them.
