Review: Well Made Cane Juicer - Really good juicer, produced 12.5gallons the first use. I do double run the canes on stalks thicker than 1inch. 2" may be a bit optimistic with classic stalks, tropical varieties and chewing canes like POJ are definitely able to be ran by hand up to 2" without cutting. FL Green at 2" would not feed due to cane sheath hardness, once split rand fine. I do plan to add a 3/4HP 56c motor and 20:1 reducer to belt drive next year. Well with the purchase and a means to try cane juce then syrup without spending 2K on an antique that would require matching to belt drive later.
