Ingredients (Serve 2-3 persons) Cooking time 25 minutes : 1. Noodle 150 g. 2. Pad Thai Paste 85 g. 3.Fish Sauce 2*10 ml. 4.Chilli Powder 1 g. 5. Shrimp or chicken or pork (cut into bite-sized pieces) 70-80g. 6. Eggs(beaten) 2 7.Chinese chive (nira) (cut into 4-5 cm. lengths) Half bunch 8. Bean Sprouts 100-120 g. / How to Prepare 1. Boil Noodle in hot water for about 4-5 minutes (until slightly soft in the center) and then drain well. 2.Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a frying pan, add item 5 and fry well. 3.Add Noodle to No.2 and 2 or 3 tbsp of water. Add 1 or 2 tbsp of oil as necessary Noodle gets sticky when fried. Add Pad Thai Paste and Fish Sauce. . When well cooked, move the noodles to tha side of the frying pan, add 2 tbsp of oil together with the beaten egg. Fry well and mix everything thoroughly. 5.Lastly, add Bean Sprouts and Chinese a ives and tum off the heat. Sprinkle the Chilli Powder for completion. / Net wieght 256 g. / Consume before the expiration date. / only add shrimp and your favorite vegetables
