Make sure you have room between your bumper and camper. - On my Mesa Ridge camper made by Highland Ridge I was unable to mount the u-bolts from the bottom up as it is supposed to work as there wasn't enough space behind the bumper. I had to fabricate a couple of metal plates to put under the bumper and turn the u-bolts upside down to mount it. Otherwise it works well. Not much play in the arm, and it locks away when not in use.
