**Q: Can you thread bulky and super bulky yarn with these?**
A: It should. An easy way to do this would be to drape yarn over needle, pinch both ends of yarn close to needle and twist needle. Keep pinching the yarn and slide needle out. Still pinching yarn wiggle it into the needle eye. Super bulky yarns, cut a sliver of paper about the size of a wooden match. Fold in half. Stick end of yarn into folded paper and guide paper into eye of needle.

**Q: Are these needles metal or plastic?**
A: These are not metal! I received mine today. I purchased them based on the answer to this question. They are plastic with a color coating!!!! I am not happy at all!

**Q: Has anyone used these with Swedish weaving?**
A: I’ve used and like them. The bent end is very helpful in getting in and under a crochet stitch to weave in ends.

**Q: I'm needing needles suitable for using thick yarn to hand tie quilts; would these work?**
A: No you will need steel needles and I also suggest a pair of needle nose pliers. The curves ones are ok but I always ordered the straight ones. These are plastic! Great for yarn but not for quilting.
