Only used my Google Chromecast. I read review's before buying, so thought it only right to give a fair personal review once i'd used it for the 1st time. The lead is long ,but if you have a 46+ (I used the 50' in my Living-room) you need the length to get around the T.v and have a few ft spare to extend beyond the front. I used my Samsung Galaxy S10+ but i believe the 'Plug & Go" aspect is on the Samsung S8 onward's. So i was testing this as an Andriod to T.v Cast, frm my phone to my T.v. I heard Samsung had this ability when i got my phone and wanted to see if i could use this lead for speed in set-up etc instead of having to plug my Chromecast in and set it all up, as i dont use it THAT much as to need a permanent place on my limited HDMI (2) slots on my T.v.. Just to clarify im no Pro at this and am self taught most thing's. Straight off the bat i noticed the Mirroring was perfect straight away and it really was just 'plug and go'. I did notice that the picture wasn't as Good as the Chromecast which is A1. To be honest i was disappointed as everyone seem's so happy with the picture quality!?. It seem's slightly grainy almost on mine, yet the Chromecast is as sharp as a knife. After watching a video for 30 mins, i concluded that this is MUCH cheaper than Chromecast, MUCH faster as well. Also the convenience is something else really. Everything from ur phone to ur T.v in under 3 minutes is a great feat. Then, when i got up to take the connection lead out the T.v, i touched the connector part of the lead and it was HOT, not just warm, but very warm?. Something rang a bell that someone mentioned in the comment's about this being the norm with this product, but it is slightly worrying. So, all in all im happy and disappointed at the same time. I think this tech is fairly new and perhaps the Picture quality and heating issue will be resolved. If this is not the experience of anyone else, then i'd like to know. I'll try it again soon and report back if there's any significant improvement in any anything i've mentioned. It has a 4K logo and i take it support's UHD as well, i presumed the picture would be perfect like the Chromecast. As i said ,if there's any change the next time i try it, I'll be sure and mention it to be fair.
