This is an INVALUABLE item. For type 2 diabetics this product means that you can once more eat a sandwich, or a slice of toast, without fear of what it could do to your blood sugar levels, as you would with supermarket bread.It is quite an intense flavour, which having been a fan of seeded and grained brown breads before is actually a great bonus.Delicious stuff - give me MORE!
