Fever or headache it provides constant relief. It does say it lasts 8 hours but I think is more like effective 4 hours and then just like a quarter of its potency. I've tried generic ones from walgreens and those last 1 hour at most so this is the legit brand. This helps you when sometimes you can't have the luxury of proper rest while sick and it'll help you out through your day until you can rest properly.
