I don't have an expensive Amp or DAC. AMP: Denon AVR-3803 [Pure Direct Mode] DAC: FiiO E10K-TC USB-C DAC [Coax Output] Sound Quality is absolutely fantastic, they don't need much power to sound absolutely fantastic, the lows are good enough that you may not even need a Subwoofer (I didn't). And they are Punchy (not boomy and thumpy). Mid and Highs are very very clean and they stay clean even when giving it a good bit of Volume! So it does remain balanced. They are great for TV use also. TV shows come through fantastic.
