It is a little smaller than the one I had before, however that makes it easier to move it around and make up the bed. It is a little more confining for night time movement. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 is that I keep sliding down off the top of the wedge. Maybe that's my fault. I've tried to use it with and without an additional pillow and tonight I will try adding some lumbar support. It is quite firm, just wish maybe it were a bit larger.
