I bought this both printed, then it gave me a Kindle download special deal so I purchased and downloaded it too.It covers how to raise them and keep a colony, not just hatch them for fry or process dry eggs (stripping them). If you raise fancy goldfish or tropicals this is worth it as part of your library to supply your fish fry or small fish with live food. Good price as well. I thought this a very good investment I will refer to for a long time. If your kids have Sea Monkeys (one strain of brine shrimp) then at least buy the Kindle version.

Tells information that you could not find in the internet, very good and complete, i think this book will supply the knowledge about those fabolous sea creatures ;)

If you're raising sea monkeys or just farming brine shrimp this is the end-all book. Everything you wanted and needed to know about shrimp from birth to feeding and breeding.

This book is quite expensive for the basic information it provides. All of this information could be gotten for free with a couple of Google searches. Written at a very low level, It is often very repetitive. The information is good and useful, Just not $6.28 useful.

This book goes over everything when it comes to raising brine shrimp aka Sea Monkeys. A must a have for any sea monkey owner.

I was pleasantly surprised at the way this book was presented. It looks like a very technical book but my kids (7 & 10) really learned a lot. They have Sea Monkeys that they received form Santa and they used this books to understand the life cycle and to begin changing water and prolonging the brine shrimp's life. Since then, based on advice form the books, we have been able to keep them alive for over 3 months and the kids are enjoying them.This is a good purchase for starting out and for helping children understand brine shrimp.
