After I replied that I did not in fact have any problem and had now had time to fully test them, they again contacted me to thank me for my business and assure me they stood by their product and its lifetime warranty and were available should I ever need any assistance or repair. All of this was within 24 hours. Based on this communication I am inclined to believe they would truly stand behind their product should I ever require support. Monitor system feature, when activated, last for 10 hours. Wished it could be placed in a continuous mode. Our very old monitor died.
