I had an issue with the first one with bubbles. After many tips and tricks from customer support (Fantastic support), we both determined it was just a rare defect in the glass itself. I say glass, but to me I believe this is some type of poly / plastic blend. I say this because of what I did to this defective one I took off. I have granite counter tops and struck this thing multiple times (not gently) and not even a scratch. I then grabbed a 9/16" box wrench and started striking it (in gloved hands), but surprisingly......no cracks, not splinters. Not even a scuff mark. This may very well be new type of material from the fabled ROSWELL crash. My wife and daughter both have I Phone 8 Plus phones. Mine is the I Phone X and I plan on getting everything this seller / company makes for our phones. Once I contacted the seller , they did not hesitate to send not only a new shield , but also a cover and a different shield that works with all cases. I cannot say enough good things about this seller and their product. It looks nice as well, and the fit was perfect. Soooooo, I grabbed the phone and it accidentally slipped out of one hand. I tried to grab it with the other but basically tossed it into the ceiling. It then landed face first on my tile floor. There was bits of black plastic and chards of glass everywhere. Sadly, I thought I would be replacing my iPhone 10. Pretty darn happy when I picked it up, took off the screen protector and case to find NO damage. Without my asking, EiZizTEK reached out to me and when I explained the problem they sent me at no charge a new kit and some advice. They said the bubbles would go away after a few days. I installed the new kit and the bubbles went away after 2 and a half days just as they said.
