Product description          Panettone is a traditional sweet Milanese Christmas cake with the addition of raisins (classic version), candied fruit, or dried fruit and nuts. Although usually Italians bake it on the eve of Christmas and New Year, it is a yummy snack all year around! Panettone was known to the ancient Romans, who would normally left the bread and then added honey, candied fruit and nuts. To serve, cut the cake of 750g into pieces and serve with a warm beverage- coffee, tea, hot chocolate, or a sweet Italian wine!
