I would microwave 1/4th of the bag in a ceramic bowl for 30 seconds, stirred the chocolate using a spatula, microwave again for 30 seconds, and continued using the spatula for stirring until the chocolate was smooth. Avoid going over a minute of warming in the microwave. I found it easier to melt small batches of chocolate and fill up pastry bags in doses versus melting a large chunk at once. Didn’t have much flavor which was fine, we were using it more for dipping versus taste. Tried adding a bit of food coloring which made it very chunky and unable to use. If you want a different color, order the color you were wanting.
