Nevertheless, had to dig a shallow trench --- not as deep as other drain systems -- but the Stealth Flow Low was higher than the slab. The ad shows someone stepping on it. Barely touched it with the shovel and it cracked so I don't think it would tolerate foot traffic. Will have to rearrange the stepping stones so no one walks on it. Plan to cover it with mulch. It was also shorter than expected. I had bought two extensions so it worked out. Also thought it was a little pricey for the quality. Overall, It works great and runs the water straight out. Don't know how long it will last.
