Canapes Paperback – October 5, 2017

This is the definitive book for anyone who enjoys making interesting, creative, and tasty appetizers. The chef is utterly amazing and I highly recommend. Please note that there appears to be two editions. One is UK and the other is USA. The books are exactly the same. I wish he would put out another book like this as there are none others that come even close! I have given this for gifts and even took a workshop with the French chef. I cannot recommend this book enough!

As a chef I am constantly looking for new ideas. Bought this book ... and GOLDMINE!First of all, the content is great. The types of canapes are broken down for you and there are great ideas in each type ... whether you want fried, baked, on a crostini or stick ... etc.The photography is also fantastic and allows you to scan through the book quickly to find what you are looking for.And finally, the flavor pairings and profiles are equally great ... with something for every taste.This is one of those books you find on my shelf with all kinds of sticky notes protruding out of the pages.Buy this book once ... and you will use it as a reference for a very long time ... there is just too many ideas not to try.

really good book with beautiful photos. great tips especially on how you can make the canapes in advance instead of slaving on the actual day of the party!highly recommend this book!

The delivery was quick, I received the book one week after older in Hong Kong.Love the part the authors giving tips on how to prepare in advance.If you have home party on the way, itʻs a must have guide book for your party.

Be warned, this is a British cookbook. The measurements, terminology, and recipes are not likely to please those who appreciate good food ;7).
