**Q: I bought two of these I activated them both, but one of them did not have any plan pre-charged, the other one was ok, how to get support?**
A: Don’t buy card from Amazon .I bought two and both not working I just waste my money.

**Q: Can I port my existing number?**
A: You can not port lyca to lyca.  From carrier you should not have any issue

**Q: Can i call usa from france and spain?  will i get usa or uk number?**
A: I doubt it since it is a USA mobile service which is tied up with other USA service providers too.
Therefore, calls from other countries to USA will / may not be allowed.

**Q: Wil this work in namibia on the mtc network using iphone 8 ?**
A: Not sure but...I think it is working!
